The Buddy System
T minus 90

One Work quest, one Life quest, ninety days on the clock

You get one Work quest and one Life quest. That's the constraint, and it's the feature. The clock counts down from T−90 to Launch Day, and the daily check-in is deliberately under sixty seconds.

The bits worth explaining

Exactly two quests

One for work, one for life, each with a verifiable finish line and a daily minimum you set yourself. The app refuses to let you add a third, because the reason last quarter didn't work is that there were nine.

Fuel, not streaks

The momentum gauge drops on a miss and recovers when you show up, but it never hits zero and it never resets to day one. Nothing in the app can tell you that you've failed. It can only tell you you're running low.

Sixty seconds a day

Open it, see the countdown, tap two boxes, maybe write one line. Or don't open it at all: the widgets have working check-in buttons, so a whole day can happen from the lock screen.

Launch Day means something

At T−0 you get confetti, a life-wheel retake, and a Mission Report: your momentum arc, your best week, before-and-after on eight life areas, rendered as an image you can actually post.
